15-minute beef yaki udon
make yaki udon sauce
Combine dark soy sauce, oyster sauce, soy sauce, mirin, rice vinegar, & honey until smooth.
Combine beef with about 1 tbsp of sauce, or enough to coat the meat. Mix well then allow to marinate.
In a large pan or wok on medium-high heat, sauté beef for about a minute, or until golden brown. Remove & set aside.
Sautee onions, garlic, & veggies such as carrots, cabbage, mushrooms until tender but still crunchy.
add noodles & sauce
Toss in softened udon noodles & pour in yaki udon sauce.
add beef back in
Stir-fry beef yaki udon until sauce is completely absorbed into noodles.
garnish & serve
once finished, garnish with sesame seeds & green onions if you're feeling fancy. Enjoy immediately or pack for meal prep!
