Mix Sichuan chili flakes, ground Sichuan peppercorn, 5-spice, & sugar into the pan.

Pour soy sauce on the edges to create a char, then pour remaining oil to infuse.

Finishing Touches

Cool your garlic chili oil for 30 minutes then transfer to a clean, airtight container.
