MAKE MISO BUTTER

In a small bowl, combine unsalted butter, miso paste, garlic, soy sauce, mirin, honey, lemon, & lemon zest.

CREATE CRISPY SALMON SKIN

Sear salmon, skin-side down until the fat has rendered out and becomes crispy.

SEAR SALMON

Sear the flesh sides of the salmon until it's golden and about 75% cooked through. You can take a look at the sides of the salmon for doneness

CARAMELIZE MISO BUTTER

Pour on the miso butter and cook until the salmon is cooked through and the miso butter is a deep golden color.

SERVE & ENJOY

Baste the salmon with the miso butter and serve with hot steamy rice or crisp veggies.
