Spicy Garlic edamame

10-min snack!

1

Start off by making that irresistible sauce. Combine the oyster sauce, low-sodium soy sauce, and your FAVORITE chili oil. Stir and set aside.

2

Toss the frozen edamame in a pan or pot with a little water. Cover & allow to steam until tender & water had evaporated. Remove & set aside.

3

Add a little oil to the pan then saute the shallots & garlic until they’re soft. Pour in the sauce &  cook for a few seconds.

4

Toss in the cooked edamame & stir until well coated in the spicy garlic sauce. It should take only about a minute or two until they're warm.

5

Serve immediately with an extra bowl to discard the  shells. Enjoy & serve as a quick snack immediately or pack up for lunches, picnics, or road trips!
