SHRIMP SPRING ROLLS

SEASON SHRIMP

Season the shrimp with soy sauce, fish sauce, garlic powder, and paprika.

SEAR SHRIMP

Cook shrimp for a couple of minutes, or until charred and cooked through.

SLICE SHRIMP

Slice shrimp in half horizontally. This helps make rolling much easier so it's not as bulky.

PRE-ROLL

To help prevent ripping, wrap the fresh vegetables & rice noodles in lettuce, then begin to firmly roll the bottom of the rice paper upwards.

ADD SHRIMP

Lay a row of shrimp, the bring the sides of the rice paper to the center.

ROLL TIGHT

Continue to roll upwards as snugly as possible without ripping. Practice makes perfect!
