This is the most epic AND irresistible bread you’ll ever have - and it starts from regular store-bought bread! This Cheesy Pull Apart Garlic Bread with Miso makes dinner fun & turns every adult into a giant kid ripping and tearing into dinner!

Instructions
Preheat the oven to 360F.
In a mixing bowl, combine butter, miso paste, garlic, garlic powder, fresh parsley, parmesan, and chili flakes (if using) until well combined. Set aside.
Cut the bread diagonally into about 1-inch diamonds - do not cut all the way through the bread. Tightly wrap the bottom of the bread in foil (photo in blog post above); this will help keep the bread held together while stuff it with cheese!
Use your fingers or a knife to spread the wedges open, then spread the miso garlic butter and stuff mozzarella cheese. This might sound like a bit of an effort, but I promise you it is worth it! You don’t need to be super neat - excess miso garlic butter dripping on the crust means an extra flavorful crust!
Transfer to a baking sheet and bake for 15 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bread golden & crunchy. Garnish with more parsley, then serve & enjoy immediately!
